Offers for school pupils

Whether in maritime shipping, marine research or logistics – the maritime industry is global and diverse. It has a wide range of professions to offer the next generation. However, many of these professions are not known to the general public. In order to change this, we have developed the Maritime Pathfinder – an online platform where pupils can find a wide range of offers from the maritime industry. We want to encourage teachers to familiarise their students with the maritime industry and its social and economic importance.

The platform provides an overview of offers from the maritime world, such as information, teaching and learning materials, possible excursion destinations and co-operations for lessons and career guidance. They are supplemented by a brief description, link to the offer, location and duration etc. for the respective offers. The offer is provided by various maritime players and is constantly updated.
